Auto Awning
This is the standard canvas which is spring-operated with two guides, two arms and has a 'pull-down' stick. Available in a straight valance finish, scollop finish, or pocket with internal base bar. With this awning type the arms effectively lock the awning into position. The Auto Awning comes with a head-box in assorted colours to compliment the chosen canvas.
Fix Guide Awning
Usually used on the second or third storey level, this type of awning is also spring operated but has two fixed guides on either side of the awning and utilises rings on on each side of bottom-bar which are used for tracking the guides. It operates with a cord and cleat system. The cleat is what locks the awning into position.
Available in a straight valance finish, scollop finish, or pocket with internal base bar. This awning comes with a head-box in assorted colours to compliment the chosen canvas.
Straight Drop Awning
The Straight Drop Awning is spring operated, has no arms and no fixed guides and is secured at its base with dog clips or straps.
Available in a straight valance finish, scollop finish, or pocket with internal base bar. This awning comes with a head-box in assorted colours to compliment the chosen canvas or no head-box with universal brackets making the awning appear similar to a large Holland Blind.
Rope & Pulley Straight Drop Awning
Instead of a spring system the Rope & Pulley Straight Drop Awning operates using a pulley system incorporating a rope and cleat, and webbed straps. This awning type comes in a timber head-board which is wrapped in fabrc. In many ways you can think of this as a 'butcher blind' type of awning.
This awning type is available as a bottom-pocket, with steel tube and plain end-caps.
Pivot Arm Awnings
This awning type can be rope, crank or motorised. When the awning is lowered a pivot arm enables the awning to sit closer to the window.
Available in straight valance finish, scollop finish, or pocket with internal base bar. This awning comes with a head-box in assorted colours to compliment the chosen canvas.
